Yesterday on March 27th I have seen unusual activities in our floor in OTH. Most of the meeting rooms were full with 1:1 discussions. Seen many people whom I have never seen before and looked like HR. I have also seen people with visitor's badge coming out of discussion room. Did Oracle just hire some external HRs to execute the layoff ? Considering the number is so high in IDC its quite possible.

Most of the guys under OMC were laid-off including myself . As expected , last week of march is dedicated for IDC layoff. HRs are oracle guys ... they seem new since at Oracle we only meet HRs during entry/exit to Oracle.
Who is taking interviews of those?
I heard that some teams are also hiring side by side, so may be those were those.
Any idea which teams got impacted? Any inputs from RIF'ed resources?
