For those still at Xerox - get out and get out quick. Being a former Xerox employee and leaving on my terms was the best decision I’ve made. There are companies out there that will appreciate your skill set and offer a much better life than Xerox ever did. It’s a tough decision- but there is life after Xerox and get out before the company if fully outsourced or sold- which isn’t all to far from happening.

Canon will hire anyone. You won't fit there because you have pride and ethics.
My good driving record at Xerox sets me up for Uber or NAPA as a parts runner.

Xerox is the best company to work we are like family here do not matter was going on
we love to work here why look for another job if we have a job. if we get layoff God will open another
door for us.
