Be prepared- management is asking to identify all employees who have the potential to be outsourced (onshore and offshore). If you’re in more of an administrative role, I’d start looking right now.

I think that so called great executive team and Neil should have to work the escalations back from the outsourcing partner just one time and see what a nightmare it is! Let them see what work isn't being done and why the staff in house has to re-work it! Save money isn't what your doing with outsourcing! Clients are suffering! CHC is a laughing joke with Clown Neil at the helm!
This is the first company that I’ve worked for that had both a manager and a supervisor for just a hand full of people. I would think the company would look at leaning up mid level leadership if they really wanted to cut costs.
Outsourcing would be great if it involved Neil and the executive team!
If you're in R&D you should update your resume!

Customers WILL get wind of this and choose competitors. It never works out and all the knowledge that got us here walks out the door.
This company is the worst ever to work for! No morals, no ethics and no respect! Just close the doors and do the right thing for all involved! Your clients and employees deserve that. Big daddy Neil only cares about lining his pockets with GOLD!
Everyone on the IT Operations team will be gone and/or offered a role with WiPro. I'm not sure which option is worse.
