It seems that only the big 3, the companies that are the heart and soul of the American automotive industry are laying off, closing plants, and deciding to take their business elsewhere. Isn’t it ironic how people who are working at plants owned by foreign companies are doing just fine? How come their production pays off in the US and the one from domestic companies doesn’t?

It is not just people in the plants but also white collar who are doing better with other auto companies. They have a solid business plan that focuses on core business. Build quality,safe, vehicles that people want to purchase and drive. Ford regularly loses its mind and chases unicorns and fads then comes the oh sxxx moment and they bring in a grown up to right the ship. Rinse and repeat. The foreign companies are steady with laser focus.
