Any clubs that have transitioned from nights to days, did this shift the Backroom into a different schedule or having to stock on the sales floor.

I believe the question is, what happens to overnight receiving? Are they bumped to 3-11:30 to unload trucks? Or are the 2 backroom people they kept on days during the restructure expected to unload all their stuff and all the stuff overnights used to do? Also, if they stay in receiving, do they participate in the pay bump and have to learn claims? Or is that a 4-12 thing? Anyone doing this yet have answers?
Why would Backroom Associates have any change whatsoever in their job responsibilities? Who else would unload and receive all the trucks and deliveries and deal with Claims?
I dont think anyone else will be crossed trained to do the backroom ( rec/claims) responsibilities . Merchandising crew will do what nightcrew does which is stock the floor just now it's during the day adding helping members after the club opens.
Inquiring minds want to know. How many actually will be working in the old receiving/ new backroom associate area with this block schedule and what are their days/hours like?
I heard backroom isnt part of the merchandising crew. They stay in the backroom dealing with rec trucks and claims .
The 2-3 hours of the store closing gives truck drivers time to touch their polish dogs
