I ask this question as a person that doesn’t believe in Marvin’s BS, or any of the announced changes, for that matter. Copying never did anyone any good, and is it all goes down the drain we are ending up as a company that has lost its identity. Seems to me there is a whole lot to lose then it is to gain.

Wait we just started doing that at my store.
It worked well from home depot, a lot of the programs they used they adopted from another retailer. In fact most successful retailers adopted a competitors way of doing things and then after time adjusted it to make it their own.
It’s a culture change. It takes time.
I dunno, copying worked out pretty well for the Chinese
