800 in North America, 6500 world wide with issues I. Several countries. I got this from an HR lead just today.
Have the Xerox Production Print and Mail Services site associates, leads, and AOMs moved over to HCL yet?
The totals below don't add up to the 3,157, mentioned here earlier, but the percentage reduction at least gives you an idea of what departments were impacted the greatest.
The Average was about 10% in each company/division.
Here are the EVP Group Breakouts:
-Morno-Wade - HR: 163 (19%)
-Osbourn - Finance: 361 (16.5%) - Many XBS Admin fell here
-Bandrowczak - Service/Delivery: 2,422 ( 9%)
-Feldman - Americas Sales: 339 (7%)
-Bass - XBS: 205 (6%)
-Herve Tessley - Europe Sales: 19 (1%)
-Steve Hoover - PARC: 22 (1.6%)
There were 800 XBS employees in total that were re-badged
If 3,157 is accurate (assume it is) it's roughly 10% of the entire workforce. I don't think it's over though.

I thought it was 1000, with two more waves coming and a goal near 6,000?
Over 6,000, cripes. Well, that explains the meeting I had with HR last summer asking about the Xerox's new talent strategy under Visentin. I needed to replace specific, difficult to find, talent as I had folks already walking out the door due to all of the turmoil with the Fuji deal and proxy fight. Their answer was 'none.' They advised the objective was to let nearly everyone go or push them out and then start-over with a clean slate, i.e. younger and cheaper, in 2020, assuming that Xerox was not sold first.
Wow, no wonder why this whole rebadging process has been so f---ed up!
It's like nothing I have ever gone through, my next job which will hopefully be soon will be a breeze compared to this!
