This industry is the worst. I told my 9 year told daughter to think about careers OTHER than something office-based that is easily outsourced -- think about teaching, nursing, medical. Something that has the potential to be personally rewarding with some semblance of security. Working in this field, unfortunately, has evolved into something that for me that is and has ended up to be an unhappy experience.
