If you do not believe a change in leadership can nosedive a company then go take a look at GE

Culture of the TD years, yes I fully agree. The SS years though, at least for me, I loved.
The company culture is what got us in this mess!!!!!
If anything, I'd be more concerned about Chevron or Exxon since they both announced huge Permian ramp up plans. We have a very attractive infrastructure. If this is anything more than layoffs though, I would lean towards merger with another independent (ex. Concho) so that we keep the "independent company culture."
