Will be spending millions retrofitting the old structure to meet earthquake standards before opening takes place. Looks like will open the ER and hospital for mental health, detox ect. The was an article in the Breeze newspaper.

Agreed. The brothers may be good people, but the industry has outgrown their management capabilities and their greed led to their demise.
Good idea... not really. The Bothers have great intentions but can’t run a business to save their life. They should stick to music and donating their money to good causes. Their leadership or lack there of is the reason Molina failed
