and who are you jobless person to spread negativity... spread some motivation for employees for people who are fired..
looks like you are director/sr. director or vp, who is given the list to fire people....don't get excited, your name is also on the list, that will be executed once you are done!
who the hell are you to question employees? people stay in one company to show their dedication, lot of personal commitments and many more reason...
