LOTS of talk about 2.0, but no details. Looks like just an internal marketing gimmick. I was starting to think that it was an April Fool's joke, especially when there was no email or webcast finally explaining what 2.0 entails. Didn't they have a days-long "leadership" meeting about 2.0 about two weeks ago? So they met for days and there's nothing to talk about???
The video did not make me feel great about choosing VSP, it made me feel f***ing fantastic about it !

Hmmm, embracing change sounds a lot like change energizes. Which is just a rehash of 1.0 or maybe 0.5 whichever.
