Massive Layoffs in JPMC Bangalore across All LOBs

HRs + Managers have silently laid off 100s of employees across different LOBs (AWM, CIB, CCB, CB etc)

They have gone about it rather unscrupulously actually, first deliberatly giving poor ratings, then using that as an excuse to not give any hike & bonus.. and then around the Ides of March they started telling people to start looking for opportunity elsewhere.

IJP is a total sham in technology because they all look at the bogus ratings and judge upon that.

60 days given for moving out. what a shame!

LOL sorry India, you guys are being replaced by even cheaper folks in Manila and Argentina, welcome to reality. I doubt those people cared when folks in the US got laid off

Yes, they laid off employees--who barely starting a family, however they leave the employees who have retired pensions and other income supplements. It's all about who you know unfortunately. Also those employees who have the worst attendance-but again WHO referred you and protects you. Their jobs will always be there protected.

In some department's they even use to fix interviews.. that's a real low for a bank who boasts about values and integrity so much for these big banks !

CCB is a joke.some employees use to come at 4 pm to work in India and the deadweight VP never use to say a word , lay those id--ts off first.. it's a scam ..

It is happening in NYC too. They are single-handedly trying to ensure no wage inflation for the masses while giving their C suite generous increases.

I guess if you work at JPM you should assume that you have no voice in fair compensation.
