I commend them on doing the survey. Will senior leadership listen? No they will just amp up the meaningless platitudes and ‘trust us’ videos. After all the only reason they got low marks is because the employees are too stupid to understand the vision and direction.

Saw that. Abysmal showing. A number of respondents called out the CIOs poor example of adhering to Ford Culture and Ford Truths. Interesting that LL provided lower ratings than GSR by up to 20 percent lower.

And the results are in. Less than 50% of employees understood or believed in the smart reDesign. Less that 50% of employees believed Ford culture was improving. Less than 50% of employees believed Ford was reducing bureaucracy. Less than 50% of employees believed Senior leadership was communicating effectively. Less than 50% of employees believed Ford was headed in the right direction.

Numbers from similar questions in 2008 had 90% and 80%.

The 50% is artificially high as many people inflated their appraisals as their responses were been tied to their ford Id.

Australia Ford employee. Many here completed the mini pulse, myself included. I’m over caring if it anonymous. The big boys need to hear the truth, and they certainly did from here!

Complete it honestly. Takes 5 minutes. Fine with me if they know who I am and how I answered. In fact, call me at work and we will discuss.

btw. If u r reading this on company computer, they know it!

I saw it and completed it. They will probably file it in the bin. Hackett is not a leader and barely a man in my opinion. What a POS. His greed is his only motivation.

If you click on the disclosure page you can see the questions without going thru the survey. You can also see where they are collecting your PII and storing your responses with your PII in the data lake. They must be more concerned about tracking some specific employee behavior like Employee Retention than getting honest feedback.

I gave it a pass.

Not shown in Europe. It violates FoE privacy laws

Are you all based in the US? I am in FoE (UK specifically) and can't see anything related to pulse on the home page so I wonder if the survey is on a regional basis.

I read through the questions by pretending to answer the survey and then closing my browser after backing out of all the answers. The questions were really specific about how we felt about the redesign and whether we were proud to work at Ford. I was surprised at how specific the questions where. They must really be hurting with productivity losses.

The full pulse survey is every other year now, so only a small sample of employees will be invited to this mini pulse survey... Shame 2019 is not a pulse survey year because I would be very curious to know what the results would have been...
