Does PPTO apply even if it’s a key event date??

Right now key dates are Friday Saturday monday of Easter. Next will be memories day weekend.
You can STILL request key dates off.. Sept will probably be labor day weekend
But the only question I have is where can I find a list of key event dates bc my manager wont let me off for may 9-12 bc apparently its a key event date but I have pto, have never used it in the 8 months ive worked here, and and I put in the request a month in advance.
PPTP will only remove 1 of the 2 points that you will get if you call out on a key date. Info is sitting right here in front of me.
PPTO also will not cover clocking in early.
The only thing that your PPTO hours will not excuse is a no call/no show, every other situation will be covered as a ZERO POINTS occurrence if you use PPTO.
Clock in 10 minutes or more late or leave 10 minutes before shift ends = .5 points
Call off or complete less than 50% of your shift = 1 point
Call off on a key date = 2 points
No Call/No Show = 2 points
No Call/No Show on a key date = 2 points + 2 points for key date = 4 total points
You get 0 points; watch the CBL closer and read the policy on the wire. I don't understand all of the confusion; it's quite clear.
You get 2 points. Watch the cbl
If you use PPTO you will accrue 0 points even on event days. That's the point of PPTO. The policy is on the Wire. You should read it yourself instead of relying on management or random internet people.
You get 2 points
Yes, PPTO covers key dates and will result in no points if used on those dates.
