Management Lease Smart Redesign?

While walking through the parking lot this morning I saw two new Lincoln Navigators and one new Avaitor in the executive spots. Made me think of the amount of money that must be costing Ford while layoffs are happening or being planned. Any chance there will be a Smart Redesign of the management lease program?

They need to consider eliminating this program for the retirees.

Yes it is a money maker. The problem with extending to all employees is the service garage can only support current levels

Wow - if that’s true that it makes money, would like to see extend the lease program to GSR 8s....if you have been with company for X years and are GSR8, etc would be nice to get a reduced payment...because A plan isn’t that great.

I was told by a friend who is a finance manager that the management lease program is actually profitable. Not sure where the "executive" vehicle program fits into that statement. I was surprised by the statement that the program made money but this person is in a position to know.

They absolutely should. Plus a bonus of that would be you would get less riff raff trying to become LL6 - would have people in management who really want to be there vs just trying to get to LL6 for the perks. The management perks astound me. The car, the bonus structure, etc. Must be nice.

They should - I think only LL4+ should get management lease. Would cut down on costs for sure!
