Yeah, rebadging HR says a lot. They should be the ones transitioning the company yet, Xerox seems to pass them along.. shows the are not really that relevant for the company. I mean rebadging ur HR seriously.. in a restructuring process, pretty much means they can’t handle it. As they never had.. the have always been oblivious to what they are supposed to do.

Long before the current gang of management thieves, HR was merely a tool to protect management.
They enabled the transgressions senior managers for years. No telling how much Xrx has paid in settlements. They are certainly no help against ‘threats, intimidation and condemnation” in the present time of layoffs andrestructuring.
