Anyone hearing anything about what the future is for call centers, both wireline and wireless, as 2.0 progresses?

VSP offered for caller takers?
Call centers will probably go home based 100% sooner rather than later. That's if they're lucky enough to not go completely vendor. If your center isn't hiring you should expect what's coming Q2/Q3.
The purpose of the call centers 2.0 is to make as many employees miserable and depressed as possible. Verizon call center 2.0 is about raising standards to unrealistic metrics so they can fire more employees and outsource to tech coach whom is clueless on how to restart a phone. Don't believe most of the positive reviews on indeed about the vzw call centers. Most of them are fake. I don't know a single person who hasn't had to seen a therapist or have to be on some mind numbing antidepressant to get through the day. Most just go on leave for months at a time.
