I’m hearing the same thing about team lead is going away. The SalesPro? There’s Pro’s and Con’s. I actually liked the old one. Yes, it freezes on me sometimes.

I think something has to change with the new restructuring that is going to happen in June.

It’s a waste of money embarrassment when you can not the equipment reader to scan to pay.
I have NEVER worked for a more unorganized company in the 30yrs that I have done what I do! The people running Sam’s have no clue or even want to know how to do our jobs! They waste more money and time on stuff not working or tested before members are exposed to it! No wonder Costco is number one. They communicate!

They never operate properly & never will. Gotta keep those costs down, costs for the employees needs of course, and profits high.
Embrace the technology they said... So today every appointment, task and event was locked inside a tablet that I could not get into. This was so productive!!! So you said company wide issue. So where was the communication home office???? Could have sent an e-mail to all of us stuck in the field with equipment that was not working. By the way BYOD doesn’t have membership express....
Ours keeps doing updates. Several times while on a drive. Yes, our new equipment is not so great
