Here’s an idea Pioneer, how about you move the whole midland office since most of us don’t need to be here for our job and put us in the new las Colinas office where there is plenty of space, and then sell or lease the mco office and keep the field offices only. No one likes midland so stop trying to make something of it that it isn’t.

As long as Wall Street is obsessed with the Permian, independent oil and gas company execs will bend over backward to accommodate their wishes, which typically means relocating large percentages of their staff to places like Midland...while they themselves get to live in the nicest neighborhoods of Dallas or Houston. And they wonder why talent keeps walking out the door.
