lets get it over with. Stop waiting us out. We are shrinking every day. ETC and PRC are loaded with lots of surplus. SBU's have people twidlling thumbs. SBU's have lots of old folks bitter waiting for packages, No jobs ........... Just do it. Offer voluntary packages with company discretion of what they keep and move on or erode the love for company left even further All In company know its coming. We are eroding loyalty of our younger employees every day we wait with this charade

Afraid you missed that boat OP. Prices have stabilized, profits are up, natural attrition proceeds at a rapid pace with many boomers continuing to tag out. If anything the overall industry is heading for the next hiring boom (the boom part of the boom/bust cycle is not know for a lot of departure “packages”). LOL. Feel free to continue to wait, but megamillions tickets might be a better bet.
