If the way HCL is handling this whole rebadging thing right now is any indication of what is to come then they'll be no customers left to manage. They are disorganized, confused, clueless, hard to understand, and so clearly in way over their heads, it's borderline pathetic!!!!!

I'm shocked that anyone thinks service is safe. They're the easiest part of it all to be outsourced, in one fell swoop. I'm sure it's all in the works, and will happen very suddenly.

I can't share specifics, but if you're not in sales or field service and there's a chance that someone in India can do your role, they are trying very hard to move it offshore. And they are moving very quickly.

There may be some roles that have to stay in the US or EU due to laws or regulations (finance & accounting perhaps) but Sr management is actively pushing to get the rest handed over to HCL.

Try and imagine the absolutely smallest amount of employees that could manage the vendor relationship for each group and you'll start to see the end game.

C'mon, spill it! You CAN say! We'd like to know since we're getting ZERO information from our leadership.

It is true. The rebadging that has occurred so far is just the tip of the iceberg. I can't say any more but there is a lot more of it coming.

Think about the bare minimum staff required to run each segment of the company and that's what the end plan is. Anything past that is being outsourced. Xerox will soon resemble a Holding company all by itself, just a shell organization that manages a lot of outsourced segments.
