Evicore is a utilization management company that provides criteria for prior authorization. Services includes genetic testing and high cost imaging among other topics. This partnership will result in outsourcing Molina’s advanced imaging team of over 100 staff and is called Project Red.
Theybare a utilization management company thatbdeals with testing and things. They are a whole different entity than what we do at Molina.
