With overnight coming to days will there be cuts of TL positions.

I say, yes absolutely. Won't be this year and maybe not next either. But we all know they will do this eventually. It's like they don't like to see a club doing ok. They can't resist the urge to purge.
not really.. unless you're a club that still has excess TLs that everyone else cut years ago. Night TL will simply be the stocking crew TL.
