Middle Management Needs To Go

This company is being ran straight down the Toilet by middle management Dead Weight that should have been canned long ago!

You want to save money Marvin? Look no further, that’s where you should be laying off and cutting. What an overpaid, non-productive, bunch! Region level staff is the biggest waste of $$$ Followed closely by district.

Take that money and invest it in the stores, advertising, and merchandise.

I agree. Regional staffs have been bloated for years. But with store level HR’s going away, they may now actually get some work out of the RHRM’s.

Most of them came up through the ranks, so they know what’s needed to do our jobs. Trouble is they then try to implement new ideas they think would have been helpful to them but get thumped down by superiors or crushing paperwork. They are given to much to do and burn out quickly. They are useless in any case.

I agree. Not once in 10 years have I ever heard anything positive come out of their mouths. They come in the store every week and disrupt the whole day. The store management spends all of their time following them around. Nothing productive gets done. You can’t even get an override. They demotivate store associates.
