I would hate to see yet another group of people outsourced to HCL, but most of the work the GCC's do is the same type of transactional work that was done at the GIS cores.
GCC's are the Global Contact Centers.
Global Contact Center? I couldn't find any other meaningful definition.
What is GCC?
