Felt this is a logical question as there is a certainty to the fact that more changes are in store. Tried to figure out which models they want to put out of production, but still couldn’t find any pattern. I would like to get opinions on which plants in te US could be set for closing in the near future?

I don't see how anyone could know this for sure. There are multiple completely new models (crossovers/SUVs) in the pipeline. Those could be allocated to any plant they decide they want to. I think the only plants definitely NOT in jeopardy are River Rouge, MAP, and KTP since they are all basically printing money by churning out high dollar and good selling trucks. I would also say that FRAP will probably bounce back from losing the Continental because I think it's slated to build the first autonomous vehicle, and Mustang is the one car they would probably never kill.
