Survey questions in tablet about all the different fixtures the store has. DM said to fill it out. Mandatory 😆. Won't be much longer now in Walmart!

Look, I'm definitely one that believes we're eventually going the way of Keebler and all but Cheeze-Its leading the aisle? Keebler dropping pallets everywhere, especially in Walmart? You must have a weird area, because no Keebler product leads the aisle in any Walmart on my territory or team unless it was done by mistake (my one store was that way last time around, it was corrected this reset). Also, with how anal Walmart has been lately about displays and backstock, there's NO way that they're alright with just leaving Keebler everywhere. Hell, most of the time their displays and shelf are empty. Walmart is hy far the worst at filling Keebler product.

The original point of this post I get. Your stuff sounds like fake news.

I was asked by one of my WM accounts to interview for a regional training position. They are hiring to accommodate heavier work loads. 🤔 This came directly from the store director. Whose bigger, WM or Mondelez? There you go......we are not tooo big! They get truckes every single night. Keebler just keeps dropping pallets. Love it!

I just saw a new reset. Cheer-it's lead off the aisle, followed by Town House and Club Crackers. It looks grreat. Good luck.

It’s really unimaginable that people didn’t se that the rally meeting were an attempt (very bad one) at a smoke screen while we quite obviously move to a warehouse delivery model. Unless of course CAO is just so Kroger can get better orders 😉.

Not sure all that will occur with layoffs, etc but I sure hope I am one to be let go! Things are already ugly as merchandisers have already taken the cue and started moving on. I sure don’t want to be around when things implode!

3202s got cut to 2 facings because the focus is going to move to pushing family size that's why family size are moving to eye level now.. but on another note.. we got the email today.. Kroger CAO conference call this Wednesday.. something is coming for sure.. what exactly?, dont know... what I think?... I think , if I ran this company... I would unfortunately let go most of the sales reps, the merchandisers already can write orders or adjust orders and work deliveries, the account managers are really doing most of the groundwork on ads and f&d, all merchandisers have to do is ask where the display goes and they do that alot now because of reps that dont give a c-ap anymore.. full-time order writing merchandisers wouldn't get a car, benefits are getting cut down anyway, and they get paid less too. Also, within the next 2 months, you will be asked to cut about 5 hours off your territory if you haven't been asked already. .Greed overcomes what this company was when I started over 2 decades ago.

Resets are where products get moved around on the shelves to cut in the new items. We have them about every 3 months it seems like anymore. They use a plan-o-gram that they use to reset the new set. My reset we lost space. My Oreo 3202 sku got cut from 5 facings to 2. No way we're staying DSD with these new resets. Shelves will be wiped out with only 2 days a week delivery. When it switches to warehouse they'll get a order every night through Walmarts grocery warehouse. Hope that helps you understand what a reset is

Exactly!! Contracts must be up or just about up!! We have always done the resets through a 3rd party. Acosta or crossmark with Mondelez overseeing
