Wireless was not given Infosys option nor layoffs option...deep sh--....if you org restructuring...how many new delivery heads came. .which is definitely not worth and redundant roles. .2.0 will be a big flop..I'm sure....
I don't understand what any of this is saying other than that the folks in Vz India are unhappy. Perhaps you'd rather have employment with InfoSys???

Definitely worst especially in wireless.
Many people are planning to leave as they have made mandatory to give D...so morale is quite low in the teams. As few managers have targeted whom they don't like rather than performance.. mostly they gave D rating to there colocated team members even though there are poor performers.
High torture....blame game.. useless stuff.. sambar politics...lungi batch... safeguarding there bakths..targeting resources...overall,big thumbs down...
