Anyone notice people are stressed out, full of anger, short tempered & giving up? It seems the goals corporate is setting are unachievable. Marry that with the replacements in support that know nothing & you have the perfect c---tail for an implosion. I've never seen this level of apathy. People are capitulating, accepting untenable golas, waiting for failure. They expect the unemployment line.

It's not you! Yes, the goals are too lofty, not enough resources to complete the job & quality is non-existent. You will be laid off. Start looking for a new job. But don't blame yourself or hold yourself accountable. What's your incentive to deliver? Accept failure!
