The only thing you can count on for sure is change. Maybe not today or tomorrow but it will come. It’s retail. Change is inevitable and it’s important to any company’s growth. Better to exhaust energy on executing in your role to ensure there is an opportunity regardless of the changes that occur. If you are waiting for “normal” to come back you should move on. This trend is the new normal. Changes to new ways of working including digital, schedules and more member/customer facing is not going away.
