Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

who will win XBS business model or Johnny v and his team

Its a race to see if Johnny v Mike F Steve B can cut costs fast enough to make up for the sales decline inside of XBS the numbers in xerox direct have been chopped up enough with the xerox direct

spin to probably show growth dump the bad stuff in xbs and finally find growth

Did the team from Xerox understand the XBS culture. Its not centralized Employees leaving critical positions everyday before centralization can take place in 40 different companies

Simple questions who will read meters bill contracts book leases handle day to day issues if they leave faster than hcl can outsource

squeeze the inventory squeeze the sales

centralize the inventory deliver in two weeks

has anyone taken the time to review xerox sales results with this model vs xbs results over the last five years with or without the c-appy mif that mike f dropped on these companies

Did they take the time to understand these were companies Pride Gone Employees leave

Review the scorecard

Benefits changed

401k changed

name change

HCL most of these long term employees don't understand re-badge let alone india

presidents cut founders let go

no comp plans for management

service centralized

communication fractured

its not a sales organization.. its a company or was

what is happening

xbs people leaving

reps not selling

management scrambling

what should XBS do the industry is hiring economy is good

why reward one more quarter one more month

best option heard on this board is find a new job

to the industry writers and investment analysts is anyone doing due diligence

so far the stock is really 8.3 take the 33.34 and divide by the reverse stock split

so far john v is winning with the short term thinking wall street...

geez 18 to 33 cutting costs but if the 1st quarter was no good what happen

Remember The Golden Rule!!!

He that hath the Gold, makes the Rules..

JohnnyV and Ichan will clean us out, as we head to the unemployment line they will head to the bank with the riches earned from our backs.

XBS business strategy is a no brainer for continued growth and dominance in the marketplace. They don't care for either.

They want their money, nothing more. This is vulture capitalism at its finest. They would sell their own children if they felt they could profit from it.

Norwalk chieftains were put in place for one goal which we all know was to increase stock to $40 share. They are not getting paid to save Xerox in addition to being flagrantly incapable of it. Their solution to any situation is to it’s to hire more grossly incompetent losers aka chiefs and SVPs at outrageous salaries. They are going to have to make drastic cuts to be able to pay these salaries by the elimination of the real talent which is us as there are no sales to speak of. Have to believe any one who has a contract for Xerox products and services has their procurement and legal groups finding a way to terminate their contracts.
