The President of wealth (Catherine Keating) has no understanding of the wealth business, is considered unfit by CEOs of the boutiques and her own senior managers. She has empowered and placed women in senior positions solely on the grounds of their gender, and has disdain for male employees...there is clear evidence of white males being singled out for layoffs. The senior ranks are filled with mediocrity and poor performers who have taken advantage the banks womens' initiative. So much for diversity helping to improve the workplace. My comments can be easily verified by asking almost any wealth employee.

Yup. Diversity is great, as long as your NOT a 50+ year old white male.
Stick to posting White privilege nonsense on Facebook and Twitter. Anyone with half a brain knows that middle aged white men are disproportionately targeted for layoffs to improve diversity numbers.
Want a top job then log off the internet and put in the work.
