It can’t be sold. It isn’t pxd’s building. Verizon built it FOR Pxd to be its anchor tenant.
As long as companies continue to force people to live in places like Midland, they will continue to have trouble retaining talent. Stop trying to make West Texas happen. As soon as the Permian craze dries up it all becomes a ghost town again...it has nothing else to support it. Those assets can be worked from Dallas.
All the layed off employees will start sqautting in it
Place it on the asset sale list. Now that all eggs have been placed in one Permian basket, may as we'll centralize in Midland.
