A simple observation: I haven’t seen a lot of people that didn’t have enough work or were doing little work, at least at my location. Now I see a lot of people overworked to the border of human limits. If that’s what the brilliant strategy of the leadership comes down to, shame on them. That practice is not only inhumane, but also a good recipe for poorer business results.

Is it even possible to be overworked at the UP? Sounds like a millennial who is butt hurt and doesn’t know what real work is.
Only results they care about are very Short-term. AND, it's their own personal bank accounts they're growing, so when they walk (very soon) they'll be set for life. Pure Greed. Simple as that. Nothing else matters.
