You are known as a dinosaur of a company that nobody past or present wants to be a part of. You are going nowhere in the Finacial world, but to probably being nonexistent.

They seem to be eliminating the dinosaurs just fine to be honest. Become relevant in the future not so much.
Their ultimate goal is to eliminate older workers and replace them with younger cheaper labor or outsourced foreign labor. until they can automate functions enough to be profitable. Problem is that this company was never able to do this in the past and probably never will in the future.
