Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

We have several tables at the desk. Each one has a feature that doesn't work, ranging from the credit card slider not working to not being able to print anything. We're down from three printers to one now. Driver's license and Sam's Club cards won't scan, tablets freeze up, and heaven help you if you forget to print a receipt. There's no back button and the receipt doesn't show in the cash office. Does anyone else have problems with the member search? And what about the problems with returns? ANd no matter how many times you call NCR, the problem is never fixed.

Send in feedback Everytime it happens. Then send emails to askmember.com the more about an issue the better the chances are of it getting fixed for everyone.

We have the same issues. The three dots in the upper right corner hit feedback.

The do an update and new issue come up. There needs to be a back button, exit button, online returns, a way to search by item number or description for returns, and better search engine in the membership app. They have too many new projects going on to maintain each and do updates. I don't think they are taking the time to test them before they push them out.

As for it making membership's job easier it doesn't and it is taking too long to take care of the members. Which makes the desk look like they don't know what they are doing and effects our quarterly so it should be a concern for everyone.
