I was looking for a job when I got this one, and I’ll be looking for a job if this one dries up. I’m not concerned.
Loyal is exchanged twice a month on payday. Everything else is a bonus. Set low expectations and feel good more often.
but will they show you loyalty in return when its layoff time....doubt it...they dont care about you, your just a number that can be deleted.
Just been hearing that 21 field engineers are to be layed off in Saudi..
It’s a job. There will be another if this one goes away. Sometime opportunities exist to get experience 5hat we otherwise may not have gotten. Staying with a company that isn’t doing well shows loyalty and dedication. And some divisions will have a life after WFT because they get sold.
I predict the milk on that cow tity is about to dry up.....
