Yes. It is very true.. Meditation definitely helps us to come out from this stress..

It not only with Oracle, it is corporate culture that every company follows it..

First, we need to define our path or destiny as like what should be our desires and where do we stop it.. If we keep working for our desires without understanding then stress will k--l us..

Come out from corporate and meet the people around you and you can see the real human beings..

Life is not only to buy / upgrade a car or high end apartment with all remote control led systems..

Try for 3 months away from this corporates then you feel real happy living
