I decided to leave my job at my gis core "Michigan office solutions" before things got worse. I received an offer at the first competitor I applied at. Twenty percent more an hour and better benefits --- I accepted. Way better jobs out there!!

Yeah, our sales is hiring too. Our website is full of open positions for sales. Wonder why that is? Oh yeah... our top talent went to the competitor. No joke. What mo--n would want to come work for a sinking ship?

our president and sales act like xerox is the greatest thing since sliced bread, they have meetings with the constant "self absorbed" love for themselves, they are acting like nothing is going on, but that is sales for you, only care about themselves and $$$$$$
they hardly ever get new business, they upgrade the same customers over and over and over, pathetic!!!!!!
Its no secret that XBS pays their employees less (in most positions)
However many cores created a special culture where employees felt valued and they could make a difference, hence the reason why they got away with paying lower salaries.
At our core, our president is either deluded or lying to us, as they are trying to get people to stay. Everyone else knows what’s up.
Either you are not in a core, or yours is different then mine and those I am talking to.
EVERYONE is looking. President's on down are encouraging people to at least update their resumes, or ideally start looking for a job.
People are going to their managers for help with their resumes.
Reminder to everyone to be smart. Even if you are leaving, by stating the company you are leaving from it could burn bridges with people who could help you network in the future.
I'd love to say this is false, but it's true. I have been interviewing and got an offer 25% more than what I make at my XBS core. I'm not saying everyone is going to find a gem like that ... but they are indeed out there ...

Congrats and good on ya! We had two people who rebadged to HCL put in their two weeks this week. I know there will be more to follow. I am happy for them (and you)!
I’m discovering just how low XBS pays people. Much better paying jobs out there. 2 interviews next week.
It's true, lots of good jobs out there. I know of several people who have left and are doing great.
