Check out Macy’s response to amazon’s comment for retailers to raise their wages. Laughable not all colleagues got bonuses. Shameful corporate greed.

no, you didnt get a bonus if your store did make growth goal. 15 cent bounis per quarter is more than youd get with a one time raise if you make goal.
That's right, he gave himself an 18% raise. This is not path to growth when they are planning flat. The growth part is money they are saving from laying stores folks off and entire IT staff.
Boy, He is full of it. So, let’s see, they took away Specialist Positions that were giving a 100-300 dollar a month bonus, started Path to Growth which yielded, for me 180.00 over a three month time period. Maybe the mgmt got decent bonuses but not the associates. The Path to Growth is nothing but smoke and mirrors to make associates think that Macy’s is doing so well. Taking advantage of the regular guy, money all going into his pocket.
I saw that...it worked out to about 15 cents an hour..
