If you performed your job well keep your head high and move on if you was one who did what managers asked and eventually caused jobs to get cut you should have realized precision r.r.is all about getting employees to speed up do more work and forget safety.If workforce keeps throwing out safety and dont do the job correct more cuts will be coming.Displaced workers are bumping in everywhere and sad to say they either dont know how to work by rules or just dont care to protect the crafts.We see carman passing up all kinds of bad orders and not performing proper airtest all areas i have worked in.

Well....worse things could have happened to you. What doesn't k&ll you only makes you stronger -- keep your chin up and move on to plan B. Good luck friend. UP (and railroads in general) have screwed up a lot of people over the years...welcome to the club.
