Just a wild guess, but I’m thinking there is a possibility that, if all goes well that the leadership could expand the size of the original arrangement with HCL, outsourcing some more parts of the company that weren’t intended to be outsourced in the first place. What do you think the chances are of that happening?

It doesn't matter if it goes well. If in the short term costs are down, that's all they care about. Senior management isn't in this for the long haul.

Once Google AI takes off, even the outsourced Indian call centers will be out of work.

Most BO functions will be replaced with AI. If your in admin/warehousing/manufacturing/delivery driving your job won't exist in this economy in 10 years. This also means further reduction in print volume.
