Lead MSS will probably take over most of the direction that was provided by the PTC before their job elimination. 90% of new hires start on the front end, so adding personnel duties to the MSS postition seems like the direction the company will go with for now.
I still think the Membership Lead will become a Club Pick Up Lead if the noise that I have been hearing about a continued emphasis on online orders continues. This would allow the leads to continue to do business blitzes and even go out in field to procure new memberships and promote Club Pick Up to businesses not currently using the program.
