In London there was a Head of Governance who didn't know a thing about governance and he ignored advice given by the experts. A bit of a joke. get rid of him already. I did like Hani though. He was one of the good ones.
Good people left and will continue to leave because team structures are not right. People who were good at their jobs were not allowed to make a positive change. The distribution of work was not right. I was expected to take on a lot of work even though there were others in the team who could take on some of my workload. I gave my notice and left and now I'm freeeee
