I wish mgnt wete held to the same standards as hourlies..sad they hold us accountable and they keep being late with no repacutions. I know not all but I tell you the ones that are shouldn't be holding us accountable that s---s .

The club manager is not going to announce that hey I just wrote a manager up for attendance to a hourly. Please stop worrying about a manager and do your own f---ing job.
Managers can get fired with no coachings.... managers are threatened with accountability more often than hourly associates. Managers can lose their jobs quicker.....
