Thread regarding Weatherford International Ltd. layoffs

Board is up to their usual incompetence

How in the world can they issue bonus to any C-Suite individual given the performance of the company.

How can they move to an all cash incentive to keep these ineffective folks on board.

This company is a textbook in nepotism, poor management, poor accounting, poor employee relations - heck simple way to address business, if Weatherford is doing it that way, don’t.

At this very moment there is a memo being drafted to tell managers how to promote the ESPP as an even better deal now given dollar cost averaging and getting in on the bottom as WFT turns the corner and accelerates towards greatness.

Heck, you can even use that last line their Weatherford C-Suite it's on me - one of the redundant ones that is thankful to have found greener pastures and better management.

If the execs had any confidence in this company, they would take their compensation in stock...not cash. And that ain’t happening. This dog will go thru reverse split and then bankruptcy. Feel bad for the employees. Lots of the same folks that got us to where we are now have been around for 6-7 years and are a part of problem.

In the future Weatherford’s business plan (if there ever was one) will become a template for how not to run an organization. Weatherford will become a byword for failure on a Colossal scale. Our esteemed bosses should move on to careers in waste management seeing as how they have perfected it at Weatherford.
