Looks like my entire district is red on KMI lol Are they going to fire us all? I don’t understand how we are supposed to get all this done!?

Nice try wiz kid, it wasn’t a good budget then either but my rx had huge file buy so sales were up 20%. Sorry no gift! Don’t understand why everyone is so negative on here and state things they have no idea what they are even talking about.

How is this the easiest thing to control. My budgets for sales are way to high from last year so that’s 40% a one. McP, what can you really control? If you don’t hit sales and need a few repairs done or to much seasonal items left to mark down another one. My customer target 5 points higher than rest of stores, a one. Last year customer service was great in my store and with new system tanked. So again, this is easy to control? I ended last year at 4.8 and this year tanking, it goes by your budgets and targets and not wanting stores to bonus.

First they will fire your DL, then the new DL will start firing those who don’t get their c-ap together. This is the easiest thing in the world to control.
