Worst stl to work for , he has been a garbage stl for years but was protected by those who are now in higher positions outside of the NE region. The days of you breaking down tls ( which you love to do) , firing people for no reason for the joy of it is coming to an end my friend . Hence why our store is being micromanaged at a high level and everyone complaining ... your days are numbered and honestly as they say karma will come one day or another and this year is your my friend .

at my store team members are calling out daily to avoid harrasment by store leadership not to mention they chew out people for not closing as much as they want but they rarely close themselves and when they do they are in a bad mood throwing everyone under the bus to make it seem to the boss like they actually do some work on the floor.all they can do is face , fill tote bags and point out problems.
