A lot of people at my location are leaving for jobs at other companies. Aside from the fact that the rate of the turnover is a little surprising to me, I keep on wondering was that part of the plan of the leadership or is that something that was unexpected to them?

If they’ve left for greener pastures 1tkb, I take it they’re farming or doing some type of landscaping work? That’s good because I have seen many of them struggling with adequately compensating reemployment, while those dead weight lifers and union do-nothings are still drawing a fair livable salary each week or two., which makes one wonder, where’s the real dead weight now? When I look around here, all I see are hardworking, diligent people carrying on their work lives uninterrupted.

The talent has left for greener pastures. Only the dead weight lifers and entitled union do nothings remian.

I have seen less than 0.10% leave for other jobs

Yes, large turnover first thing tomorrow morning, a large apple turnover. Look out for it around breakfast time. I have it on good authority.
